Karma rocks

You reap what you sow.

We just signed a new statement of work with a client (now in a new job) that we once fired.

She appreciated the fact that we stuck to our guns.

Doing a bad deal with a customer is not worth it. Doing the right thing sometimes hurts. No sales person wants to say “no” to a new deal. No one wants to walk away from revenue.

But sometimes, you must. When you put the customer’s interest ahead of your own, the good karma comes back to you. Unfortunately, it may take a while. We wrote about this last year in our article about stupid deals.

Do the right thing for your customers. Walk away if the deal doesn’t work.
